Strength express

Strength training and core conditioning using weights (heavy/medium/light), exercise bands, gliders, and body weight to develop strength and definition. Express 45 minute class to improve strength, balance and overall fitness.

Suggested equipment: weights heavy/medium/light, exercise bands long and circle, gliders, mat for floor work, step if available, towel and water.

HIIT Power

High energy HIIT style training that will take you to the next level.  The class uses cardio-based high intensity intervals, athletic body weight intervals. The training will maximize caloric expenditure, burn fat, and boost metabolism, a complete total body challenge.

Suggested Equipment: mat for core work, towel and water.

XFusion Strength

A conditioning class combining functional strength moves that is designed to improve balance, agility, strength and power. The class is known to mix things up with HIIT sets for cardio bursts or core work. 

Suggested Equipment: Kettlebell (if available), Set of Heavy (20-12lbs), Moderate (10-7lbs), and light (6-2lbs) Dumbbells (if available or cans of food), Mat for floor work, Towel (sweat towel), Water, Tennis shoes, and most important YOU!

Cardio Sculpt

Get sweaty - tone - strong with Cardio Strength. This full body training will push your limits ending in results.

Suggested equipment: medium/light hand weights, step if available, mat for floor work, exercise band, towel and water.

Spin

Spin is total body cycle experience! Turn up the music and get your sweat on! This 45 minute class delivers cardio cycling training, focusing on cycling form, power and strength.

Suggested equipment: spin bike or indoor bike trainer, light hand weights, towel and water.

Yoga for Athletes

Uniting the mindful approach of yoga with the physical benefits of stretching and flowing movement. 45 minutes of deep stretch for you to let go and chill. Bring your yoga mat, strap and a block and come prepared for smooth flows and long stretches! Come ready to breath, flow, lengthen and have fun! 

Suggested equipment: mat, yoga strap or towel, yoga block and water.

Booty Burn

Barre inspired booty moves using yoga transitions will keep the flow moving and make you sweat. Cardio intervals sprinkled throughout to ensure a good calorie burn. 15 minutes of Abs at the end.
